I have a 2000 Grand Cherokee 4.7 87,000 Miles
My check engine light came on I got it scanned and it read a problem with the #4 fuel injector. I replaced the injector and everything was fine for 3-4 days and the light went back on. The only code that comes up is # 4 injector. I tried using fuel injector cleaner, replaced the fuel filter and I even switched #1 & #4 injectors with the same results. When the battery is disconnected for 10+ minutes it will go out and I can drive a short distance then it comes back on. Is this a possible computer problem? Any help or insight would be appreciated before I take it to the dealer. Thanks. send help to okcroy@aol.com
