Well, I'm going to have to have some more Kool Aide.

I'm pretty certain Mark said, "we may even use this color for the production model."

That would be for the Truck and even if it is the Grandpa, Mr. Rodgers, 2005 "Gladiator" Concept. lets hope it is a very slippery slope and we have a real full size Gladiator JEEP pickup at the bottom.

Kool aide please!

Actually the 2005 Gladiator concept and the one shown to the dealers recently in Orlando was the one that looks like the front clip of a Wrangler. They call that the Gladiator and the one shown in this photo as the Nukizer, even though the front clip evolves from a Gladiator. Go figure? They have not really said which one they will bring to market. My guess is it will be more like the Egyptian version without the heavy duty axles, but I like the 2005 Gladiator and hope to see it with the VM Diesel. Fat chance!

Do you think they will call this color "Garbage Can Grey"?

I don't get the impression this guy is responsible for any of the coolness going on here. Any employee caught referring to a Jeep as a "car," ought to be fired on the spot.

"Come and see the vehicle you've all been asking for, but you'll never drive it and we'll never build it. What fun!".

"Hey, we even threw in the diesel engine you gave up asking for YEARS ago as an 'in-your-face' insult!"

"Meanwhile, we've retained the minivan engine in the for-sale version of the Wrangler, and pimped the interior this year with luxury additions from our successful Chrysler minivan lineup. Want bluetooth?? Of course you do! Like Sarah Palin, we're feeling a bit 'Maverick'(tm)(r) around here, even taking styling cues from garbage cans - aren't we creative??

It's all part of the exciting new Jeep (tm)(r) 'Adventure Lifestyle'(tm)(r)(void where prohibited by law)(not all features available in all areas)(limited availability)(see your local Jeep(tm)(r) dealer for excuses)(bring your wallet)

Now thats funny Glenn. I laughed until I realized how sadly true your comments really are. I've been waiting to buy a wrangler unlimited for 3 years. I loved the vehicle when I test drove it - just couldn't accept that pitiful engine. Jeep please give it a diesel or pentastar or something so I can eliminate my last excuse and buy one!
