The most impressive part of this video is not the fact that they (sort-of) disassemble and then reassemble a Jeep in about two minutes, it's that they start it up and drive it a bit when they're done!
I'm not sure who these guys are, but I suspect they're in the Canadian military by the description of the video:
2 Minute tear down and rebuild of a Jeep Jimmy as demonstrated at the "Race the Base" in Cold Lake Alberta on August 28th 2010.
The comments to the video indicate that there's some quick-disconnects involved with the radiator hook-up (and other places, I'd suspect).
UPDATE: Rusty just sent me this link to a video of the Canadian Army disassembling a M38a1 Army Jeep ("There are many quick disconnects, 2 lugnuts per wheel and no transfer case.")

Re: Video: Two-Minute Jeep Disassembly/Assembly
I haven't seen these guys in person yet, but I think they do this demo in parades too. It's the PPC light infantry, I believe.
I'd be REALLY impressed if they did that with the G-Wagens they actually drive
