October Jeep Sales Showing Signs of Life

Date 2009/11/4 7:41:17 | Topic: Sales

Jeep sales figures for October, 2009 are in and the Jeep brand is showing some signs of a rebound, as the numbers for the Compass, Patriot, and Commander all increased when compared to September, 2009 (uhhh - aren't these the same three models that are rumored to be axed?). Compared to 2008 however, things are not yet where they need to be. All models are still below last year's sales numbers, the entire Jeep brand being one-third lower than last year.

Chrysler is offering some new incentives to move more vehicles. Starting immediately, they're offering 0% interest for up to 48 months as well as no-cost maintenance for 3 years or 36,000 miles. In addition, qualified customers can get 0% financing for up to 60 months or up to $3,000 cash back. Finally, current Jeep owners can also put another $500 in their pocket via the Owner Loyalty program.
